The food is not good at all but passable (barely). The place was at least very clean and the staff was friendly enough. Perhaps the Phở is a better thing to get, but I went for a chinese entrée and was disappointed on 3 counts — quality, quantity and price. I had the pepper steak, which was not well seasoned…
