CeCe Parker left is with another salon in Concord and with her the talent (especially eyelashes) is gone.The atmosphere isn’t the same. The staff are unfriendly on the phone and can’t answer questions about lashes so there is no way they are touching mine. I found her on Facebook and then called her 560‑9918.
