I just waited nearly 15 minutes at the drive-thru… for a drink. A single drink. There were two cars in front of me in line, so that was not the problem. There are upwards of ten Dunkins locations in my immediate area, and this is probably the worst one I’ve been to.
This Dunkin Donuts does not honor it’s promotional ads. They say they give you a slip for a free donut of you buy a cup of medium coffee and then tell you they already rang you up so you have to buy another medium cup of coffee to get the donut. That a scam. Don’t go to this place.
Worst dunkins I have ever been too. Coffee was old and not mixed… only had 2 types of bagels at 10am… overcharged us and had paper in our sandwich. Will never ever go back to this place again… stay away if possible.
Worst customer service ever. Last time I was there the manager completely ignoredMe, and when I brought it to the attention ofThe owner, she told me she would stand behind her manager… horrible customerService, don’t waste your time!
