I have had several storage units here for many years. The staff are super friendly and super helpfull. The units are secure and the place is clean.A word of causion though, while it has a hackettstown address and phone number it is not in hackettstown. It is in budd lake.

The new management here is terrible! After six years and never being a day late with our rent, they told us we had to vacate our space because all of a sudden motorcycles were not allowed inside the building… The security here is also lacking, I live down the street from here and the gate is open most nights…
