I am giving City Homes and Gardens a ZERO for the Cliffs Lofts. I am appalled at the upkeep, service and blatant disregard management has. It’s a shame because the units are well designed and there are some great features but can’t justify the absolutely HORRENDOUS management.M in particular is by far the worst…
