Poor customer service.My barber, I believe he was John, didn’t bother to brush the hair off my neck after the cut nor ask me how my hair looked after the cut and if I wanted anything else. He also trimmed the top even though I explicitly said not to cut nor trim the top.Very cheap price however so…
