Called to make an appointment since I had a spa finder/spa wish gift card. After booking the appointment I was told they no longer accept this gift card. Why are you still on their website then? Shouldn’t someone from your establishment call and get your name removed?

Zahara Day Spa

I went for a facial today. They gave me a 40 minute facial and charged for a full one hour. The facial was not relaxing at all. Facial was also not effective at all. Very disappointed with the service. I don’t get much time as I’m s busy mom and I felt it was a waste of time and money:(
