Dr. Bregman is lovely, very thorough and nice. Her staff, however, needs an attitude adjustment. They are rude over the phone, not nice in the office, and not very helpful when picking out glasses. They treat patients as if they are doing us a favor by talking to us. Why are these people employed here?
