Good at this time for take out IMO. I’ll give them time to perfect their ribs. Too barky outside, too tender inside. They should be evenly smoked not over done. Seems like a backyard BBQer’s dream to have their own place, not a well organized pro. I get it being BBQ, I guess. Not a well polished place…
