The building I had lived in had roaches and bed bugs. Realtor said before I moved in that they had no problems with bugs. They expect the rent on time, but routinely do no pay their contractors who do work at their buildings! Avoid this property mgt co. a dog kennel would be an upgrade to their buildings.
