Total scam artist!!! First they sent my insurance a bill and my daughter didn’t go. Then when she did go and I gave her my debit card to pay for it, they charged in $ 90.00 (when I only have a $ 50.00 copay) and then sent me a bill for another $ 45.00. He is no better then the eye doctor in BJ’s or Walmart…
