This festival was awesome, off Palisades Ave in Washington Park (right on the boarder of JC). Not sure how long it was around for, but I went the night of 9⁄14. There were lots of people enjoying the rides and food, and a good police presence as well.Rides: Farris Wheel, bumper cars, loop roller coaster…
