This is known as Gas Land. Not particularly friendly service, but usually cheapest. However we just tried to get gas at 9:48pm on a Wednesday night, all lights on, attendant in booth and he said they were closed. If they close at 9:00pm or 9:30pm, which would be weird, they should turn the lights off.
