Fat Boys Barbeque

I am some what a rib specialist. I had the all you can eat St. Louis ribs which was the waitresses recommendation. The ribs were OK, no flavor. I was hoping for a little smoke flavor but they are just oven cooked and the sauces were very citrusy. Definitely not their best menu item.
