Just terrible. Granted, the phone system was out and that’s not there fault, but seriously the most unhelpful employees I have ever encountered. The lady at the counter made no eye contact, was rude to the gentlemen before me and offered no help whatsoever on getting a car. All cars rented out: get some more…
