I’ve always wondered why put toxic tires in your home? My understanding is that the tires are packed with dirt (20 minutes per tire with sledgehammer) for «thermal mass». Adobe bricks are used for TM and have no toxic outgassing. Surely a Genius Architect could have figured out a way to put an Adobe wall below…
