Nick is fast, affordable, and easy to work with. He fixed our laptop remotely, corrected the issues we had with Windows 8, and kept us apprised of the situation the whole way through. I’d highly recommend him.
Matt is the best. He is calm and knowledgeable and carefully explains what he is doing, he is dependable and communicative, and best of all he is more reasonable than many of the more arrogant techies I have dealt with in the past. Highly recommended!
