Norwood Food Coop is the reason I have two heads of fennel sitting in the fridge. I don’t really like the licoricey taste of fennel, and even if I did, I’m not really sure how one incorporates it into a meal, other than adding a couple of slices to a salad, and we’re talking about two giant heads of it here…
