Looks like all the other TD banks with the exception that there is good parking. It is convenient for the shoppers and even better for the people who are about to hop on the belt parkway (getting ready to pay their speeding ticket). The service is not good. If you’re applying for a mortgage or opening saving account, you can see someone there right away, otherwise, if you’re applying for a loan, you’ll be treated poorly.
I went here to make a payment for my credit card. I think they should look more friendly and not look unhappy. While I was making a payment, they even talk to each other. I didn’t feel like my business was appreciated.
This hsbc doesn’t do notary unless it’s for «bank related reasons.» Even the hsbc banks in manhattan does it. I went to a citi bank to have it done for me and I am not a customer of citi bank. My own hsbc branch wouldn’t do it for me. This branch is horrible.
