Pretty small and with only one teller, the wait could be somewhat frustrating at times. But the good part for me is that it’s near where I live so I don’t have to walk a marathon to get to a chase bank.
I don’t expect much so the water cooler which is open to customers was a nice surprise. I do most of my banking online through capitalone360 and can’t complain — although it was better when it was just ING (before they bought it).The ATM takes cash deposits which is helpful.
Shit. Waited 40 minutes even though no other customers were in line ahead of me. Employees kept walking around doing nothing while I sat and waited to be helped.
