Wonderful caring and knowledgeable. Wait time is under control even for emergencies. Staff is police. Only negative is the office is as far fom fancy as it could be… however if you are looking for a doctor not an experience this is easy to overlook. Been with him for over 10 years now.

I broke a lens on a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Optical Warehouse fixed them. They were very friendly and professional there. They gave me a new hard case for free when I picked them up which I needed badly. That was nice. I’d recommend them.

I happy with Dr. Noël overall, but am wanting a change after going there for almost 9 years. The staff at the new office is always rude and has big time attitude. I don’t look for any over the top politeness either, but the attitude of the office staff is truly a put-off.

Worst customer service. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional. Dr. Atluri is great but that is if you don’t mind waiting for hours (literally) in an overcrowded waiting area. Avoid this office at ALL cost, especially in the summer months.
