I went there to get new tires mounted & balanced which I bought online. I have 2009 Maxima which have 19″ wheels. horrible. bought 2 tires nov 2013 20K miles about they are now down to 2. i have maintenacn e recoirds. going to bbb and office of attorney general.i am driving an unsafe car due to an internal defect. they did not know about. anyone would replce them instead of that offer they jung up on me. pursuing.
