I have asked every Chinese take out restaurant in the area about getting noodles in my chow mein instead of rice and everyone always tells me it’s not possible. These guys let me substitute! It may not seem like a big deal but, I have been craving veggie chow mein with NOODLES so, tonight I am very happy :)
