guy at desk was not helpful and pretty much told me to go to another cleaner when I asked him if he could take 1lb off since my canvas bag weighs at least 1−2lbs.I think i will walk the extra two blocks to my old cleaner who was actually nice and fair about the additional weight of my bag.
