Terrible. Unreliable. Waited 30 min for a taxi to show up when they said it would be 10, and they were so short staffed that they crammed 4 of us in one car, all with different destinations. The driver wasn’t even an employee and we wasted an extra 5 min waiting for him to figure out their credit card machine…
