I come here when I’m in the neighborhood to take my dog for a stroll. I wish it had a dog run, but it’s still a good place to meet other dog owners and socialize your pup. Grover Cleveland Park

This shady park just across the border in Glendale is a relaxing place to have a seat or watch a volleyball game. Restrooms, playground, old concrete bleachers; the occasional rumble of cars coupling on the LIRR tracks.The bocce court longingly awaits maintenance and revival.
