Staff is always quick and friendly unfortunately only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star was drive thru lane because of way store is it makes a 90 degree curve turn leaving store sometimes tricky in winter. Also food is always warm and quality is what you expect from s Taco Bell.

Molded limes, burnt vegetables, this is the WORST chipotle in the US. Service completely off, no friendly people, meat quality below average and the worst part was it was a 3:00 mid day, semi busy, on a Sunday! I showed her the limes that were brown/yellow in color and then saw mold within it. Sick sick sick…

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, every order something is wrong. You would think they would at least know how to make fries but nope you get them 1 of 2 ways extremely overcooked then left to sit around until ice cold, or just plain overcooked. Most expensive McDonalds I’ve been to — paid twice what I usually pay. Instead of stopping here, take exit 24 to Western Avenue, turn right, McD’s on the left. For a family of 4 eating combo meals, the cost was $ 38 on this Guilderland thruway stop compared to $ 18 at exit 24. Definitely highway robbery!
