Fresh, well presented, bountiful: Peruvian cuisine has much to offer the hungry individual with an adventurous spirit. The land of the Incas, a civilization that rivaled ancient Egypt, has many textures and flavors in its many food offerings.
Ehh when I heard of this place I was excited to try it out. So I went in with my family and 6 months pregnant self. I had to weight over an Hour for my food to finally get to my table. Very disappointed, and as a pregnant woman I really thought that was a little over the top to wait that long for a skirt steak.
