I had to return to Vision Works for help filing out the confusing receipt from my purchase, tore box tops etc that they asked for. blah, blah! only to get an email saying I didn’t fulfill…

The actual optometrist was very nice, and I’ve seen him several times in the past… the staff however, bad attitudes, rude, etc. this place has definitely gown downhill since it was owned by Empire Vision. Go elsewhere if you have the means to do so.
