Typical chinese operated sushi joint. I ordered the lunch sashimi to try… Fish was fresh and would’ve been more enjoyable if it wasn’t frozen (ice crystals in the folds of the fish) or cut into sloppy cube shapes. Whoever prepared my sashimi has never worked at a proper sushi counter (nor eaten at one).
