Was extremeley excited to visit another Peruvian Restaurant on Long Island close to my house… but to my surprise it was awful!!! I ordered their «Famous Chicken» and got a day old chicken. The rice was dry and the salad was soggy. I will not go being go back to Hat’s Off… no hates off the them… yuck!If anything…
