I waited close to 1 hour to be seen, why was I given an appointment at 11:30 and it’s now 12:26 and I am still waiting for «Jessica» to come see me. They just seated me in a room and had me wait. I took two hours off work to come to this appointment, and now I will be late. So unprofessional. Very poor costumer…
