Please don’t make the same mistake I did and order anything from ACS in Akron. They took my money but never sent the part, or even an confirmation of purchase/shipping. I spent a week calling them and although Jim was nice, he never fixed the problem or refunded my money. This is theft. And I hope no one else…

I’m very disappointed with (Josh sales leader) at the Apple Store in Summit Mall. I was told that our phone would be replaced at cost of $ 329.00 for accidental damage. Apple quotes under its own web site cost of accidental damaged phone cost. Josh’s refusal to replace our phone was wrong! Screwing customers…
