Pretty large service plaza with several fast food restaurants (KFC, Pizza Hut Express, Panera Bread, Burger King, Starbucks), a tourism information booth, an Ohio souvenir/gift and shop with snacks and drinks, various video game machines, a lotto machine, and a gas station. Reminds me of the NJ Turnpike rest…

Great Lakes Service Plaza

Terrible customer service. WARNING!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Dirty, poorly trained staff and the coffee and food is awful. The few times I went there, coffee was cold and they would always get my order wrong. The joke of a manager that runs the place, is the rudest one there. He has the personality of a spoon.
