The Weils is clean and welcoming but I believe it is severely understaffed. My loves one who is living there never gets medication on time, it is consistently late. Even when she is in severe pain there is no sense of urgency. Staff has to be constantly flagged down. They don’t answer the Room buzzers promptly…
