I eat at Bib Evans often when traveling. This location I’ll skip from now on. The coffee was weak and bad at the same time. Hard to pull off. Sat at the counter and my food was up quickly. Then it sat there and sat there.Just had egg breakfast so the good was okay. But not okay enough to overcome the bad coffee…
