Quality decline alert. At one time this was a great Panera. Not so much lately. We order salads from them every couple weeks, online & to be picked up. They always got it right. Four weeks ago, they screwed up the order, leaving some items off, the lettuce was wilted, the chicken shredded in tiny pieces…
