I love this place! I have multiple injuries I am working through and had just about given up hope on restoring my ability to move but after Sherri’s assessment and Lisa’s gentle coaching, I feel like I am turning a corner towards health. I enjoy the yoga classes, too. Highly recommend this place!

It’s a solid gym. There’s nothing world-class about it but if you’re looking for a clean place with all the equipment you need, no frills and a great price, this is it. The morning greeter is excellent; he’s always there on time and knows most people by name.
