I called Orkin to rid carpenter bees from my porch & was forced into a one-year CONTRACT. So far, Orkin has been here 2x — the bee problem STILL EXISTS, AND SO DOES THE BLACK CARPENTER ANTS ON MY BACK STEPS & porch. I have a call in to complain and request another visit — STAT. Parma resident.
