This rating is for the new outdoor pool, not the indoor facility. I have never heard of more absurd safety rules or seen ruder lifeguards at any pool I’ve ever been to. You need to be within arms length of your kids 5 & under at all times, even in splash pad with 1 inch of water. This is really feasible…
