One of my favorite places to stop when I am in town. Great atmosphere, best hookahs, and friendly staff. I definitely recommend this to all of my friends!
Very good food but mediocre service at best. Sadly, this isn’t an isolated experience as many others have had the same experience. This venue has so much potential but it appears that the Circle Hookah and Bar is very poorly managed.
