I just had one of THE MOST PAINFUL experiences of my life in this store! I went in to send out a passport application and it took this guy over twenty minutes to process my package. Mind you it was already labeled and sealed. So he had some suggestions in his opinion of what I should do to get it back faster…

I would give this 0 stars! People are rude! I waited in line 45 min to find out why the tag I renewed on line had never come. It is Aug 23 and they said they sent it July 28 and couldn’t do anything until the 28 of August! AND laughed about it.
