Ok… Bbq done right has a PINK smoke ring on the outside edges of ribs correct? From out of town like to try local restaurants when we travel. Well if I wanted rubbed slow baked ribs I would have found a restaurant that did that. It’s supposed to be a Bbq joint!!! Over priced terrible food. If I ever came back…
