Took over an hour to arrive after he was called. When called for an update on his Eta, they said five minutes. An hour later he shows up. We get charged an outrageous sum for what took him 15 minutes to do. Pretty sure he got lost and charged us for the extra miles as well. WILL NEVWE USE AGAIN!!!
