Had some troubles when I purchased and then wanted to return/exchange an item. It worked out in the end but it took almost 4 months. Wouldn’t recommend buying if you might return. And watch out for special orders. Otherwise, cute store with fun stuff in the Whittaker.

I spoke to someone who insisted on getting to intimately know my breasts as a part of my customer service experience. She basically refused to admit me into her store otherwise. When I described the problems I had she minimized it and told me to shop at Macy’s. I hope other people have a better experience here.
