I can’t say enough about this place. Its great for every fitness level. The coaches take the time to make sure you’re doing things right. Everyone here is like family and the coaches know their shit.
Best gym in Grants Pass for cleanliness, affordability, and friendliness of staff. They offer classes now and have unlimited tanning for $ 15 a month. Super super affordable. Very comfortable place to be. Top notch! And the boss is super nice too.
I booked a hot stone massage for a birthday present for my mother at the Club Northwest Day Spa. The women at reception in the spa were unfriendly and did not help us to feel welcome. My mother felt that the massage therapist hated her job and felt uncomfortable during her treatment. I wouldn’t book here again…
