Pay no attention to the bad reviews. I’ve been eating at this establishment with my family since I was a child. (But then we unfortunately moved to a different city.) Chinese happiness has the BEST hot and sour soup and best beef and broccoli. Three stars certainly don’t do it justice!

Dirty high chair and tables. There was old food on my seat. Lots of dirty tables from previous customers. The food was weird and mediocre… I know it’s a buffet but seriously this place is super low quality. I would give no stars if I could. Do not waste your money here.
