The Washington /Southeast 12th Avenue MAX Station is purely okay. Seating involves two big benches, once for each side. This station is in a residential area, and that alone is good, since it brings service to plenty of individuals. Shute Park is about a fifteen minute walk away. Only the blue line goes here…
