This restaurant employs 1 cook during the lunch hour. The server working the lunch shift had never worked this shift before. Food came out wrong, took over 20 minutes to come to table and was dry and salty. What’s disappointing was that we weren’t told there was only 1 cook until we’d already waited 10 minutes…
