I purchased a lawn trimmer (weed whacker) from KOPE in 2013. They were knowledgeable when I was shopping and provided all the info I needed. Ignored me in the checkout line while they waited on others. I guess I was hard to see carrying a 25 lb. bag of birdseed. I left it on the counter and walked out. Will be going to Petco from now on.
